This is a video that shows that it was the anti-fan who hit Yoochun, not the other way around. He was defending himself; in this video, one can see that he didn’t hit her, he held her head to stop her from reaching out at him again.

C-JeS is also already taking legal action against the persons responsible for spreading the video and causing ill-intent against Yoochun.
