Hi,

I’ve looked quite a bit and I can’t find much information on him. ‘형’ is for hyung, which if Jaejoong called him that then FACE is probably older than Jaejoong. He looks to be a new artist and his one song is ‘Come To Love’(link). His real name translates to Seo Inwoo. I apologize, I wish I have more information for you, but there doesn’t seem to be much information about him in English. If I find more information about him, I will post it here.

Dear everyone,

As you all know, it has been almost a month since the launch of the petition. We have received an outstanding force of response from everyone on the first week, and we are so extremely grateful for this. We are indebted and honored that we in the coalition are able to represent everyone’s wishes and spearhead a movement that we hope will be beneficial to everyone in the future with regards to a more included and united front of JYJ’s International fans.

As of now, we have collected approximately 5,800 signatures. That in and of itself is a tremendous amount. Thank you to everyone who has readily signed and spread the word for the petition. We appreciate everyone’s support on this matter as we deem it a crucial step in a better and more organized fandom.

As of now, the coalition’s target is 10,000 signatures. As we have always underlined in our previous announcements, the more numerous our signatures are, the heavier our influence and the louder our voices will be. We are stronger if our numbers are greater and more united. In this respect, this is where we would like to humbly ask, as always, for everyone’s cooperation. Please reblog—or even spread the link for the petition. This petition is not for us, it is for you, it is for everyone that supports JYJ. We need your numbers, so please lend us a hand.

On other matters, my fellow admin and I would like to lobby a proposition to everyone.

We have theorized that it may be useful if we create an email list. In this way, everyone will receive all the announcements via email so that everyone will not have to miss any updates nor would you have visit it to read the announcements.

We have put it into our hands to create the email subscription list fill out. We guarantee that we will not send any spam, nor would we use any of the information you provide to us for any other means other than what is stated in this announcement. You can access the form »here«.

I also like the fact that jyj doesn't have a leader, this shows that they are all equals in this project...i never understood that necessity to have a leader in every group ^^? they are better this way ^^

Hi,

Thank you very much for this! This is exactly our point and you get it, whoever you are! Exactly, it shows they’re all equals. JYJ isn’t JYJ without Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu. All three of them are equally instrumental in JYJ’s success and therefore it’s only fitting they operate without a leader and make collective decisions, at least in our opinion.

Exactly, not all groups need a leader and JYJ doesn’t need a leader. We believe they are all equally qualified to be the leader if they wanted to be. They have chosen not to and we respect and support them in that regard.

There’s something to be said about operating as a collective, which is one of the underlying philosophies of this admin group. At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is they are who they are and we will continue to support them as such like our founder has said.

Maybe JYJ changed their mind about having a leader? 'Cause JYJ Magazine does call Jaejoong the leader pretty clearly. In Donbangdata's translations of the JYJ Magazine, in Part 2 and again in Part 4, Jaejoong is called the leader. Part 4 actually describes why Jaejoong is best suited as JYJ's leader. And the JYJ Magazine is their story of 1000 days, its what they wanted to share which is why all 3 looked it over for approval. So maybe we shouldn't say the wording is the fault of the editors :/

Dear anon,

May we ask why this matter is of such importance to you? By all accounts, with the exception of DongBangData’s translation of ‘The JYJ Magazine’, JYJ never mentions anything else about anyone being the leader. Why then, should it be given any more thought? Whether it be Jaejoong, Yoochun, or Junsu that’s going to be designated as the leader, what does it matter? They still belong to the same group, and this title will be nothing but a title at the end of the day as JYJ – by everything that we’ve seen so far—values collective decisions between the three of them than 1 over 2.

With respect to DongBangData’s translations, that could simply be a difference in translations. We’ve posted JYJ3’s translations (which they’ve revised twice as they wanted the translations to be as true to the wording of the magazine as possible), and there are also other translations from JYJ fans that are not members of JYJ3; none of these translations ever mentioned Jaejoong being the definitive leader of JYJ. Moreover, JYJ3, if you’re not aware, is the biggest source of JYJ news; I highly doubt they’re going to miss something as important as Jaejoong being designated as the leader of JYJ if it were indeed there.

But, again, like we’ve said, until JYJ, Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu, or C-JeS ever issues an official statement regarding Jaejoong as the leader of JYJ, only then will we acknowledge this intriguing hypothesis as a fact. Until then, this matter is of miniscule importance to the administrators of this blog. We apologize if our answers aren’t in harmony with what you expect nor were aware of, but it is what we’re aware to be true until given sufficient evidence to be erroneous. If you wish, you can approach other JYJ fans that are more knowledgeable about this issue than us. We hope they’ll be able to provide a more satisfactory answer.

We are closing any more queries pertaining to this topic as it just doesn’t matter. JYJ will always be JYJ, they will be who we support, whether or not they have a leader, and regardless of who it is. I hope that this too, in the long run, will satisfy you as well.
